## Search and filter

Use the search feature to find a report by name or creator. You can also filter your report list by type, subtype, status, or configuration date.

## Status

The **Status** column on the compliance reports page indicates the current state of each report using the following values:

- **Pending**: The report is queued or currently being generated.
- **Available**: The report has been successfully generated and is ready for download.
- **Failed**: An error occurred during the report generation process.

## Users

The compliance reports page is available to users with Account Owner, Administrator, and Fraud Analyst roles. For more information, see _System Defined Roles_ in RiskOS™.
