Account Management V2 distinguishes between direct customers, who manage product settings profiles for their own account, and Channel Partners, who manage profiles across the client accounts they administer.

A product settings profile is a reusable configuration for an individual Socure product that you apply to your workflows.

• Direct Customer — manage product settings profiles for your own account.
• Channel Partner — manage profiles from your management account and share them with client accounts.
